Implantology / Oral surgery
Implants replace missing tooth roots, onto which crowns, bridges or implant-supported prostheses are then attached. Thanks to modern implantation techniques, today’s procedures are often performed without significant swelling and pain.
Our implantations are precisely planned with computer support using 3D X-ray images. Microsurgical incision techniques reduce strain and prevent swelling. Bone augmentation is only carried out if it is absolutely necessary – always with the aim of treating the patient as gently as possible.
Pain-free surgery
Over 15 years of experience in oral surgery and numerous successful procedures stand for high quality. Wisdom tooth extractions, root tip resections, cyst treatments and the exposure of displaced teeth are part of our daily routine and are carried out professionally. Modern developments, especially in microsurgery, offer clear advantages for patients: less painful procedures, faster healing, less swelling and only rare post-operative discomfort.
Corticotomy / Corticotomy (AOO)
An innovative method makes it possible to significantly shorten the duration of treatment for tooth adjustments (e.g. only around 8 months instead of around 2 years). At the beginning, a small procedure is performed on the jaw, which softens the bone for a few months and allows the teeth to move into the desired position more quickly. After reaching the optimal position, the bone hardens again. The training for this technique was provided by the developers of the method in the USA (POS).
